Abstract:
(EN) An inspection chart is set on the conveyance path so that the grid lines of the inspection chart coincide with the horizontal and perpendicular directions of the conveyance path. The inspection chart is scanned using a scanning unit to acquire a scanned image of the inspection chart. Next, the amounts of deviation of the grid lines of the scanned image from the grid lines of the inspection chart are acquired and the scan image of an adjustment chart for adjusting printing that is made by the scanning unit is corrected using the acquired deviation amounts. Because the adjustment chart scan image is corrected using deviation amounts that reflect distortions and sloping due to structure, the accuracy of correction data obtained from the corrected adjustment chart image can be improved.
(FR) Un tableau relatif à l'inspection est établi en fonction du trajet de transport de sorte que les lignes du quadrillage du tableau relatif à l'inspection coïncident avec les directions horizontale et perpendiculaire du trajet de transport. Le tableau relatif à l'inspection est balayé à l'aide d'une unité de balayage afin d'acquérir une image de balayage du tableau relatif à l'inspection. Ensuite, les degrés de déviation des lignes de quadrillage de l'image de balayage à partir des lignes de quadrillage du tableau relatif à l'inspection sont acquises et l'image de balayage d'un tableau d'ajustement destiné à ajuster l'impression qui est obtenue par l'unité de balayage est corrigée à l'aide des degrés de déviation acquis. (JA)  検査用チャートの方眼線が搬送路の水平及び垂直に一致するように検査用チャートを搬送路に配置し、検査用チャートを走査部で走査して検査用チャートの走査画像を取得する。次に、検査用チャートの方眼線に対する走査画像の方眼線のずれ量を取得し、印刷を調整するための調整用チャートの走査部による走査画像を、取得したずれ量で補正する。構造に起因する歪みや傾斜が反映されたずれ量により調整用チャートの走査画像を補正するので、調整用チャートの補正画像から得られる補正データの精度を向上することができる。
