Abstract:
(EN) This thermal insulation sheet is provided with an aerogel layer and covering layers. The aerogel layer contains aerogel particles. The covering layers are arranged on both surfaces of the aerogel layer. The aerogel layer is formed by binding the aerogel particles with use of a rubber-based binder. The ratio of the aerogel particles in the aerogel layer is 97 vol% or more. The aerogel layer has a density of 0.1-0.5 g/cm3. This thermal insulation sheet has a thickness of 4 mm or less. The thickness of the aerogel layer is 70% or more of that of the thermal insulation sheet.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une feuille d'isolation thermique, laquelle feuille comporte une couche d'aérogel et des couches de revêtement. La couche d'aérogel contient des particules d'aérogel. Les couches de revêtement sont disposées sur les deux surfaces de la couche d'aérogel. La couche d'aérogel est formée par liaison des particules d'aérogel à l'aide d'un liant à base de caoutchouc. La teneur des particules d'aérogel dans la couche d'aérogel est de 97 % en volume ou plus. La couche d'aérogel a une densité de 0,1 à 0,5 g/cm3. Cette feuille d'isolation thermique a une épaisseur de 4 mm ou moins. L'épaisseur de la couche d'aérogel est de 70 %, ou plus, de celle de la feuille d'isolation thermique.
