Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an inrush current limiting circuit provided with a second semiconductor switch in which an inrush current limiting circuit such that a series circuit of an inductor and a current detection resistor is connected between a power source and a first semiconductor switch, and the voltage between output terminals is controlled by means of the voltage at both ends of the series circuit of the inductor and the current detection resistor. By means of the voltage between control terminals of the first semiconductor switch being controlled by means of the voltage between output terminals of the second semiconductor switch, the current to a load is limited. Further provided is a power conversion device provided with the inrush current limiting circuit.
(FR) L’invention porte sur un circuit de limitation de courant d’appel comportant un second commutateur à semi-conducteurs dans lequel un circuit de limitation de courant d’appel tel qu’un circuit en série d’une inductance et d’une résistance de détection de courant est connecté entre une source d'énergie et un premier commutateur à semi-conducteurs, et la tension entre des bornes de sortie est commandée au moyen de la tension au niveau des deux extrémités du circuit en série de l’inductance et de la résistance de détection de courant. Au moyen de la tension entre des bornes de commande du premier commutateur à semi-conducteurs qui est commandé au moyen de la tension entre des bornes de sortie du second commutateur à semi-conducteurs, le courant vers une charge est limité. L’invention porte en outre sur un dispositif de conversion d’énergie comportant le circuit de limitation de courant d’appel.
