Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a cylindrical antivibration device of a novel structure allowing improved durability by ensuring sufficient rubber volume of an elastic main rubber body while securing a high spring ratio in two orthogonal directions perpendicular to the axis. This cylindrical antivibration device (10) comprises an inner shaft member (12) and an outer cylinder member (14) which are linked by an elastic main rubber body (16). A pair of protruding portions (24, 24) protruding from the inner shaft member (12) to two sides in directions perpendicular to the axis are provided and have a tapered shape that is thinner towards the leading edge. Elastic linking units (38a, 38b) are formed by the elastic main rubber body (16) and link both surfaces (36a, 36b) in the thickness direction of the protruding portions (24, 24) of the inner shaft member (12) to the opposite surfaces of the outer cylindrical member (14).
(FR) L'invention fournit un dispositif anti-vibrations type tube de structure nouvelle qui tout en garantissant une importante constante de rappel dans deux directions perpendiculaires à un axe et orthogonales, permet une amélioration en termes de durabilité en garantissant de manière suffisante le volume de caoutchouc d'un corps principal élastique en caoutchouc. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un dispositif anti-vibrations type tube (10) dans lequel un élément axe interne (12) et un élément tube externe (14) sont raccordés par le corps principal élastique en caoutchouc (16). Une paire de parties saillie (24, 24) formant une saillie depuis ledit élément axe interne (12) des deux côtés des directions perpendiculaires à l'axe, est agencée de sorte que leur forme est amincie à l'avant pour s'affiner côté extrémité avant. Des parties raccordement élastique (38a, 38b) qui raccordent individuellement deux faces (36a, 36b) dans la direction de l'épaisseur au niveau de chacune des parties saillie (24, 24) de l'élément axe interne (12), à une face opposée dudit élément tube externe (14), sont formées au moyen dudit corps principal élastique en caoutchouc (16).
