Abstract:
(EN) The present invention limits the occurrence of structural defects and keeps degradation rate low. Provided is an implant manufacturing method comprising: a forming process (S1) for forming a molding by plastic working of a raw material piece obtained from a biodegradable metal material; and a particle size-adjusting process (S2) for heat-treating the molding formed in the forming process (S1) to increase the size of the metal particles.
(FR) La présente invention limite la survenue de défauts structurels et maintient de faibles taux de dégradation. L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'implant qui comprend : un processus (S1) de formage, afin de former un moulage par déformation plastique d'une pièce de matière première obtenue à partir d'un matériau de métal biodégradable ; et un processus (S2) d'ajustement de la taille de particules, afin de traiter thermiquement le moulage formé lors du processus (S1) de formage, afin d'augmenter la taille des particules de métal.
(JA) 構造欠陥の発生を抑制し、分解速度を低く抑える。生分解性金属材料からなる素材片に塑性加工処理を施して成形品を成形する成形工程(S1)と、該成形工程(S1)により成形された成形品を熱処理して金属粒子径を増大させる粒子径調整工程(S2)とを含むインプラントの製造方法を提供する。
