Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a high-performance permanent magnet. The permanent magnet has a composition represented by a composition formula RpFeqMrCutCo100-p-q-r-t [wherein: R represents at least one element selected from rare earth elements; M represents at least one element selected from Zr, Ti and Hf; p is a number (atomic %) satisfying 10.5≤p≤12.5; q is a number (atomic %) satisfying 23≤q≤40; r is a number (atomic %) satisfying 0.88≤r≤4.5; and t is a number (atomic %) satisfying 4.5≤t≤10.7], and a metal structure comprising a cell phase that has a Th2Zn17-type crystalline phase, a cell wall phase that is formed so as to separate the Th2Zn17-type crystalline phase, an M-rich platelet phase that is formed perpendicular to the c-axis of the Th2Zn17-type crystalline phase and has a higher concentration of the element M than the cell phase, and a Cu-rich platelet phase that is formed along the M-rich platelet phase and has a higher Cu concentration than the cell phase.

Ledit aimant permanent présente une composition représentée par une formule de composition RpFeqMrCutCo100-p-q-r-t [dans laquelle R représente au moins un élément sélectionné parmi les terres rares; M représente au moins un élément parmi le Zr, le Ti et l'Hf; p est un nombre (pourcentage atomique) tel que 10,5 ≤ p ≤ 12,5; q est un nombre (pourcentage atomique) tel que 23 ≤ q ≤ 40; r est un nombre (pourcentage atomique) tel que 0,88 ≤ r ≤ 4,5; et t est un nombre (pourcentage atomique) tel que 4,5 ≤ t ≤ 10,7], et une structure métallique présentant une phase cellulaire comprenant une phase cristalline de type Th2Zn17, une phase de paroi cellulaire formée de manière à séparer ladite phase cristalline de type Th2Zn17, une phase lamellaire riche en M formée perpendiculairement à l'axe c de la phase cristalline de type Th2Zn17 et présentant une concentration en élément M supérieure à celle de la phase cellulaire, et une phase lamellaire riche en Cu formée le long de la phase lamellaire riche en M et présentant une concentration en Cu supérieure à celle de la phase cellulaire.
