Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing an electrode for a lithium cell, comprising the method steps a) mixing at least one N-alkyl pyrrolidone with at least one binder and at least one electrode active material to form an electrode coating compound; b) coating a current collector with the electrode coating compound; and c) drawing off the at least one N-alkyl pyrrolidone. To increase the service life and operation time of the lithium cells and/or batteries, method steps c) and/or b) and/or a) take place at least partially in an inert gas atmosphere. The invention further relates to a corresponding electrode, cell and battery and to a vehicle equipped therewith.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une électrode pour une cellule au lithium. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) le mélange d'au moins une n-alkyl-pyrrolidone avec au moins un liant et avec au moins un matériau actif d'électrode pour obtenir une masse de revêtement d'électrode ; b) le revêtement d'un collecteur de courant avec la masse de revêtement d'électrode ; et c) l'enlèvement de la ou des n-alkyl-pyrrolidones. Afin d'augmenter la durée de vie et la durée de fonctionnement des cellules au lithium ou des batteries au lithium, l'étape c) et/ou l'étape b) et/ou l'étape a) sont effectuées au moins en partie dans une atmosphère de gaz inerte. L'invention concerne en outre une électrode, une cellule et une batterie correspondantes ainsi qu'un véhicule équipé de ces dernières.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Elektrode für eine Lithium-Zelle, umfassend die Verfahrensschritte a) Mischen mindestens eines N-Alkyl-pyrrolidons mit mindestens einem Binder und mindestens einem Elektrodenaktivmaterial zu einer Elektrodenbeschichtungsmasse; b) Beschichten eines Stromkollektors mit der Elektrodenbeschichtungsmasse; und c) Abziehen des mindestens einen N-Alkyl-pyrrolidons. Um die Lebensdauer und Operationszeit der Lithium-Zellen beziehungsweise -Batterien zu erhöhen, erfolgt Verfahrensschritt c) und/oder b) und/oder a) zumindest teilweise unter Inertgasatmosphäre. Darüber hinaus betrifft das Verfahren eine entsprechende Elektrode, Zelle und Batterie sowie ein damit ausgestattetes Fahrzeug.
