Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for obtaining or recovering hydrochloric acid from metal-containing solutions of hydrochloric acid by treatment by pyrohydrolysis and subsequent absorption or condensation of the gaseous hydrogen chloride formed in the process so as to form hydrochloric acid. According to the invention, a first sub-stream of the metal-containing solution of the hydrochloric acid is subjected to the treatment by pyrohydrolysis and a second sub-stream of the metal-containing solution is fed to the absorption column. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method according to the invention.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production ou de récupération d'acide chlorhydrique à partir de solutions d'acide chlorhydrique contenant des métaux par traitement pyrohydrolytique puis absorption ou condensation du gaz chlorhydrique ainsi formé pour former de l'acide chlorhydrique. Selon l'invention, un premier courant partiel de la solution d'acide chlorhydrique contenant des métaux est soumis au traitement pyrohydrolytique et un second courant partiel de la solution contenant des métaux est amené à la colonne d'absorption. L'invention concerne également un dispositif servant à mettre en œuvre le procédé de l'invention.
(DE) Den Gegenstand dieser Erfindung bildet ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung bzw. Rückgewinnung von Salzsäure aus metallhaltigen Lösungen der Salzsäure durch pyrohydrolytische Behandlung und anschließende Absorption bzw. Kondensation des dabei gebildeten gasförmigen Chlorwasserstoffs zur Bildung von Salzsäure. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein erster Teilstrom der metallhaltigen Lösung der Salzsäure der pyrohydrolytischen Behandlung unterworfen und ein zweiter Teilstrom der metallhaltigen Lösung der Absorptionskolonne zugeführt. Den Gegenstand dieser Erfindung bildet auch eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens.
