Abstract:
A touch-control type organic light-emitting diode display device comprises: a thin-film transistor (A) formed at one side of a substrate (2), a touch-control signal feedback layer (9) formed on the thin-film transistor (A), a light-emitting substrate (B) arranged on the touch-control signal feedback layer (9), and a touch-control signal receiving layer (1) formed at the other side of the substrate (2). An anode layer (11) of the light-emitting substrate (B) is connected to a drain electrode (72) of the thin-film transistor (A). In the touch-control type organic light-emitting diode display device, a touch-control screen and an organic light-emitting diode display part are manufactured in one piece, thereby reducing the weight and thickness of a display per se, and saving the manufacturing costs. Also disclosed is a manufacturing method for the touch-control type organic light-emitting diode display device.
