Abstract:
(EN) A non-quenched and tempered steel and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method for the non-quenched and tempered steel has a finishing step followed by a cooling step, in which intense cooling and moderate cooling alternate for cooling, where intense cooling ensures that the surface temperature of a steel material is reduced rapidly, moderate cooling allows the core temperature of the steel material to be dissipated gradually to the surface, further intense cooling follows to allow rapid dissipation of heat, and intense cooling and moderate cooling can be alternately repeated multiple times on the basis of an actual need. A water cooling scheme combining intense and moderate cooling allows the core temperature and surface temperature of the steel material to converge in a reduced amount of time, thus ensuring the uniformity of the mechanical properties of the steel material and increasing manufacturing efficiency.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un acier non trempé et revenu et sur un procédé de fabrication s'y rapportant. Le procédé de fabrication pour l'acier non trempé et revenu comprend une étape de finissage suivie d'une étape de refroidissement, dans laquelle un refroidissement intense et un refroidissement modéré alternent pour le refroidissement, le refroidissement intense garantissant que la température de surface d'un matériau en acier est rapidement réduite, le refroidissement modéré permettant à la chaleur au noyau du matériau en acier d'être dissipée progressivement vers la surface, le refroidissement intense supplémentaire faisant suite pour permettre une dissipation rapide de la chaleur et le refroidissement intense et le refroidissement modéré pouvant être répétés en alternance de multiples fois sur la base d'un besoin réel. Un schéma de refroidissement à l'eau combinant un refroidissement intense et un refroidissement modéré permet à la température de noyau et à la température de surface du matériau en acier de converger en un temps réduit, ce qui garantit ainsi l'uniformité des propriétés mécaniques du matériau en acier et augmente le rendement de fabrication.
(ZH) 一种非调质钢及其生产工艺,所述非调质钢的生产工艺在精轧步骤后设置冷却步骤,强冷和弱冷交替进行冷却,强冷可以保证钢材表面温度迅速减低,弱冷可以使得钢材芯部的温度逐渐扩散到表面,随后再进行强冷,使得热量快速散出,根据实际需要,强冷和弱冷可以交替进行多次,强弱冷相结合的穿水冷却方式使得在较短的时间内钢材芯部的温度和表面的温度趋于一致,从而确保了钢材力学性能的均匀性,且提高了生产效率。
