Abstract:
(EN) A refrigerant filling type rotary compressor comprises a housing, a compressing mechanism, an injection pipe and an injection valve. The compressing mechanism comprises a cylinder, a main bearing, a secondary bearing, a crankshaft, a piston and a sliding vane. An injection port is arranged on an internal wall of a cylinder cavity of the cylinder. An injection channel that is provided with an injection hole is arranged on the cylinder. When pressure in the cylinder cavity is higher than pressure in the injection hole, the injection valve is in a closed state so as to separate the injection hole from the injection port. When the pressure in the cylinder cavity is lower than the pressure in the injection hole, the injection valve is in an open state so as to communicate the injection hole with the injection port. When the injection valve is in the closed state, a gap where compressed gas can enter between the injection valve and the injection port is called a clearance volume formed by the injection valve. A range of a ratio of the clearance volume formed by the injection valve to an inspiratory volume of the cylinder is 0.3%-1.5%.
(FR) L'invention concerne un compresseur rotatif de type à remplissage de réfrigérant, comprenant un logement, un mécanisme de compression, un tuyau d'injection et une soupape d'injection. Le mécanisme de compression comprend un cylindre, un palier principal, un palier secondaire, un vilebrequin, un piston et une aube coulissante. Un orifice d'injection est disposé sur une paroi interne d'une cavité de cylindre du cylindre. Un canal d'injection qui est muni d'un trou d'injection est disposé sur le cylindre.
