Abstract:
(EN) Programmable precision analytical pump with continuous flow and no pulsing for moving liquids and solutions with no dead recharging time for use in instrumental chemical analyses (titrators, continuous-flow analyzers, low-pressure liquid chromatographs, mass spectrometers) on pharmaceutical and fine-chemical product process lines, and in clinics and hospitals for the controlled infusion of medication. It comprises a micro-step electric motor (1) that actuates a linear-movement tubular shaft (2) coupled to two symmetrically opposed pistons (3) that penetrate two volumetric chambers (4) of variable volume that are symmetrically opposed and coaxial to said shaft, with ante-chambers (5) arranged between said chambers and the motor, surrounding the movement area of said pistons. Said chambers have connections for flow direction control valves (6). O-rings (7) are used to fit the internal wall of the chambers to the pistons. Said shaft, which is hollow along the length of same, enables communication between the ante-chambers. A digital electronic circuit monitors operation of the pump, limits the movement of the pistons, using sensors (8), and communicates with the operator by means of a keyboard and liquid crystal display, and with a computer by means of a serial port.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pompe analytique de précision, à débit continu, programmable et sans pulsations, permettant de déplacer des liquides et des solutions, sans temps mort de recharge, en vue d'une application dans l'analyse chimique instrumentale (titrateurs, analyseurs en flux continu, chromatographes liquides basse pression, spectromètres de masse) dans des chaînes de traitement de produits pharmaceutiques et de chimie fine, dans des cliniques et des hôpitaux, pour l'administration de médicaments par perfusion régulée. Cette pompe comprend un moteur électrique à micro-passage (1) qui actionne un axe tubulaire à déplacement linéaire (2), accouplé à deux pistons symétriquement opposés (3), lesquels pénètrent dans deux chambres volumétriques de volume variable (4), symétriquement opposées et coaxiales par rapport audit axe, des antichambres (5) étant disposées entre ces chambres et le moteur, de manière à entourer la zone de mouvement desdits pistons. Lesdits chambres sont dotées de raccords pour valves (6) de régulation directionnelle de débit. La paroi interne des chambres est ajustée aux pistons par des anneaux d'étanchéité (7). Ledit axe, évidé dans le sens de la longueur, permet la communication entre les antichambres. Un circuit électronique numérique surveille le fonctionnement de la pompe, limite le déplacement des pistons, au moyen de capteurs (8), et établit la communication avec l'opérateur, par clavier et afficheur à cristaux liquides, et avec un ordinateur, par port série.
(PT) Bomba analítica de precisão, de vazão contínua, programável e sem pulsação, movimenta líquidos e soluções, sem tempo morto de recarga, para aplicação em análise química instrumental (tituladores, analisadores em fluxo continuo, cromatógrafos líquidos de baixa pressão, espectrómetros de massa); em linhas de processo de produtos farmacêuticos e de Química Fina; em clínicas e hospitais, para infusão controlada de medicamentos. É composta por um motor elétrico de micro-passo (1), que aciona um eixo tubular de deslocamento linear (2), acoplado a dois êmbolos simetricamente opostos (3), que penetram duas câmaras volumétricas de volume variável (4), simetricamente opostas e coaxiais ao dito eixo, com antecâmaras (5) dispostas entre tais câmaras e o motor, envolvendo a região de movimentação dos ditos êmbolos. As referidas câmaras são dotadas de conexões para válvulas (6) de controle direcional de vazão. A parede interna das câmaras se ajusta aos êmbolos por anéis de vedação (7). O dito eixo, vazado no sentido do comprimento, permite a comunicação entre as antecâmaras. Um circuito eletrônico digital monitora a operação da bomba, limita o deslocamento dos êmbolos, por sensores (8), e faz a comunicação com o operador, por teclado e mostrador de cristal líquido, e com um computador, por porta serial.
