(EN)Disclosed are methods, systems, and devices for implementing nanoparticles to encapsulate biomolecules such as enzymes. In one aspect, a nanoparticle device includes a shell structure including an internal layer structured to enclose a hollow interior region and include one or more holes penetrating through the internal layer, and an external layer formed of a porous material around the internal layer; and an enzyme contained within the interior region of the shell structure, the enzyme having entered the shell structure through the one or more holes and incapable of passing through the external layer, in which the pores are of a size that prevents the enzyme to pass through the pores while permitting substances smaller than the pore size to pass through the pores.
(FR)L'invention concerne des procédés, des systèmes et des dispositifs qui font appel à des nanoparticules pour encapsuler des biomolécules telles que des enzymes. Selon un aspect, un dispositif à nanoparticules comprend : une structure de coque comprenant une couche interne conçue de façon à renfermer une région interne creuse, ladite couche interne étant traversée par au moins un trou, et une couche externe formée sur une matière poreuse entourant la couche interne ; et une enzyme contenue dans la région interne de la structure de coque, l'enzyme ayant pénétré à l'intérieur de la structure de coque au travers du au moins un trou et n'étant pas capable de traverser la couche externe, les pores de cette dernière ayant une dimension qui empêche l'enzyme de les traverser tout en permettant aux substances d'une taille inférieure à la dimension des pores de les traverser.
