(EN)The present invention relates to a back bridge backpack in which a backpack sack portion and a shoulder strap portion are fastened and coupled to a back bridge and, more particularly, to a structure and a lightened back bridge backpack. In the structure, a back bridge bridge portion corresponds to the spinous process, the transverse process, and the articular process which are formed by the thoracic spine vertebrae, the lumbar spine vertebrae, and the spine, and receives 60% to 70% of the load of the backpack such that the spine is maintained in a natural S-curve.
