According to the present invention, the metallocene having a high solubility and a fast reaction rate is used as the electrolyte, thereby making up for the disadvantages of the non-aqueous solvent having a low solubility and a low reaction rate (low current), and the non-aqueous solvent capable of increasing an energy density is used, thereby providing a high energy density and a high output.
