(EN)The present invention relates to the use of at least one fluoroalkyl surfactant and of at least one alcohol comprising from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, for dissociating vitamin D, and/or a vitamin D metabolite, from vitamin D-binding protein, and also to a solution comprising at least one fluoroalkyl surfactant and at least one alcohol comprising from 1 to 4 carbon atoms. The subject matter of the invention is also a method for detecting and quantifying, in vitro, vitamin D and/or at least one vitamin D metabolite, in a biological sample, comprising the use of at least one fluoroalkyl surfactant and of at least one alcohol comprising from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, so as to dissociate vitamin D and/or a metabolite or metabolites thereof to be detected, from vitamin D-binding protein.
(FR)La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'au moins un surfactant fluoroalkyle et d'au moins un alcool comportant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, pour dissocier, de la protéine de liaison de la vitamine D, la vitamine D et/ou un métabolite de la vitamine D, ainsi qu'une solution comprenant au moins un surfactant fluoroalkyle et au moins un alcool comportant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone.
