(EN)A recombinant fusion protein, a cell scaffold and a method for the in vitro cultivation and/or differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) are provided. The recombinant fusion protein consists of a cell-binding fragment, fused to a repetitive fragment and a C-terminal fragment derived from a spider silk protein. The cell scaffold material comprises a protein polymer, which is containing the recombinant fusion protein as a repeating structural unit.
(FR)L'invention concerne une protéine de fusion recombinante, un échafaudage cellulaire et un procédé pour la culture et/ou la différenciation in vitro de cellules souches pluripotentes humaines (hPSC). La protéine de fusion recombinante consiste en un fragment de liaison à une cellule, fusionné à un fragment récurrent et un fragment C-terminal dérivé d'une protéine de soie d'araignée. Le matériau d'échafaudage cellulaire comprend un polymère protéinique, qui contient la protéine de fusion recombinante comme unité structurale récurrente.
