(EN)The present application is directed to compositions and methods for treating a subject with cancer and/or increasing migration of a mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) stimulated with a recombinant autocrine motility factor (rAMF) to a tumor or a tumor cell, e.g. hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In addition, methods for increasing adhesion of MSCs to endothelial cells with rAMF are disclosed. In some embodiments, the MSCs comprise a therapeutic agent, e.g., an anti-tumor agent.
(FR)La présente demande de brevet concerne des compositions et des méthodes permettant de traiter un sujet cancéreux et/ou de renforcer la migration de cellules souches mésenchymateuses stimulées par un facteur de motilité autocrine recombiné en direction d'une tumeur ou d'une cellule tumorale, par exemple d'un carcinome hépatocellulaire. L'invention concerne également des procédés visant à renforcer l'adhésion de cellules souches mésenchymateuses à des cellules endothéliales grâce à un facteur de motilité autocrine recombiné. Selon certains modes de réalisation, les cellules souches mésenchymateuses contiennent un agent thérapeutique, par exemple un agent anti-tumoral.
