Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an earthquake isolator (X), which resists the dynamic and static vertical column loads (P) and the earthquake shear forces (Q) in the horizontal direction generated by an earthquake during its duration of action and experienced by the structures, thereby absorbing these and similar forces as well as the accelerations generated by an earthquake and thus eliminating the damaging effects of the earthquake, wherein said isolator does not fully transmit the earthquake to the structure, i.e. partially absorbs said forces, and thus protects the buildings from the damaging effects of the earthquake, wherein the steel plates (1) and the natural or synthetic rubber material layers (2) are arranged one on top of the other and are securely adhered and laminated together, wherein a "rigid polyurethane core" (3) or lead core (3) is placed into the isolator (X) on the vertical axis or the isolator is made with a hollow or massive structure, wherein said elastomer-based earthquake isolator (X) is made of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, rigid polyurethane and similar materials and formed with a conical prism or pyramidal prism shape (frusto-conical prism or frusto-pyramidal prism with square, rectangular and other geometric cross-sections) as a composite structure having high performance.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un isolateur contre les séismes (X), qui résiste aux charges de colonne verticale dynamiques et statiques (P) et aux forces de cisaillement de séisme (Q) dans la direction horizontale générées par un séisme au cours de sa durée d'action et expérimentés par les structures, absorbant ainsi ces forces et similaires ainsi que les accélérations générées par un séisme et éliminant ainsi les effets néfastes du séisme, ledit isolateur ne transmettant pas pleinement le séisme à la structure, c'est-à-dire qu'il absorbe partiellement lesdites forces, et protégeant ainsi les bâtiments des effets néfastes du séisme, les plaques d'acier (1) et les couches de matériau en caoutchouc naturel ou synthétique (2) étant agencées l'une au-dessus de l'autre et étant bien collées et laminées ensemble, un "noyau de polyuréthane rigide" (3) ou un noyau conducteur (3) étant placé dans l'isolateur (X) sur l'axe vertical ou l'isolateur étant constitué d'une structure creuse ou massive, ledit isolateur contre les séismes à base d'élastomère (X) étant constitué de caoutchouc naturel, de caoutchouc synthétique, de polyuréthane rigide et de matériaux similaires et formé à l'aide d'une forme de prisme conique ou de prisme pyramidal (prisme tronconique ou prisme pyramidal tronqué à section transversale de géométrie carrée, rectangulaire et autres) en tant que structure composite ayant des performances élevées.
