Abstract:
(EN) This hard coated laminate (1), which is provided with a substrate sheet (2), a hard coat layer (3) laminated to one primary surface side of the substrate sheet, and a curl-suppressing layer (4) laminated to the other primary surface side of the substrate sheet, is such that the hard coat layer (3) comprises a material resulting from curing a composition containing a curable component and an inorganic filler, the curl-suppressing layer (4) comprises a material resulting from curing a composition containing a curable component, the thickness of the substrate sheet (2) is 25-100 μm, the thickness of the hard coat layer (3) is 20-50 μm, the ratio of the thickness of the hard coat layer (3) to the thickness of the substrate sheet (2) is 0.2-2, and the ratio of the thickness of the curl suppressing layer (4) to the thickness of the hard coat layer (3) is 0.2-2. The hard coated laminate (1) has high surface hardness and has suppressed curling.
(FR) L'invention concerne un stratifié à revêtement dur (1), qui est pourvu d'une feuille de substrat (2), d'une couche de revêtement dur (3) stratifiée à un côté de surface principale de la feuille de substrat, et d'une couche de suppression d'ondulation (4) stratifiée à l'autre côté de surface principale de la feuille de substrat. Ce stratifié est tel que la couche de revêtement dur (3) comprend un matériau résultant du durcissement d'une composition contenant un composant durcissable et une charge inorganique, la couche de suppression d'ondulation (4) comprend un matériau résultant du durcissement d'une composition contenant un composant durcissable, l'épaisseur de la feuille de substrat (2) va de 25 à 100 μm, l'épaisseur de la couche de revêtement dur (3) va de 20 à 50 μm, le rapport de l'épaisseur de la couche de revêtement dur (3) sur l'épaisseur (2) va de 0,2 à 2, et le rapport de l'épaisseur de la couche de suppression d'ondulation (4) sur l'épaisseur de la couche de revêtement dur (3) va de 0,2 à 2. Le stratifié à revêtement dur (1) présente une dureté de surface élevée et une ondulation supprimée.
