Disclosed is an all-weather conical sand making machine. When an adjusting threaded sleeve (2) and an upper housing (1) are screwed clockwise, a main shaft (3) in the conical sand making machine rotates in an anticlockwise direction; conversely, when the adjusting threaded sleeve and the upper housing are screwed anticlockwise, the main shaft in the conical sand making machine rotates in a clockwise direction. The hardness of a high-chromium cast-iron antiwear movable sleeve sand-making rolling wall (501) and of a high-chromium cast-iron antiwear fixed sleeve sand-making rolling wall (401) are both higher than that of a high-chromium cast iron at the lower part of the edge of a sand-making rolling port (6); a semicircular surface of an axial inner wall of a copper sleeve (101) of the main shaft in the conical sand making machine is provided with an axial concave arc-shaped groove (102), and a wall of the axial concave arc-shaped groove is provided with an oil inlet hole; and a circular boss (211) is provided inside a main shaft fitting hole (212) of the lower part of a lower housing (201) in the conical sand making machine, an outer circular surface of a water-cooling circular sleeve (203) is provided with a multiturn annular groove (202), and the outer circular surface of the water-cooling circular sleeve is fitted with an inner wall of the main shaft fitting hole to form a multiturn water-cooling cavity. Further disclosed is a self-adjustment method for an all-weather conical sand making machine. The above-mentioned conical sand making machine fundamentally avoids the occurrence of phenomena where the conical sand making machine crashes, the current of a motor is increased, and a sand making cavity is damaged because the sand making cavity is blocked with sandstones.

L'invention concerne une machine de fabrication de sable conique résistant aux intempéries. Lorsqu'un manchon fileté de réglage (2) et un logement supérieur (1) sont vissés en sens horaire, un arbre principal (3) dans la machine de fabrication de sable conique tourne dans une direction antihoraire; inversement, lorsque le manchon fileté de réglage et le logement supérieur sont vissés en sens antihoraire, l'arbre principal dans la machine de fabrication de sable conique tourne dans une direction horaire. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé d'auto-ajustement pour une machine de fabrication de sable conique résistant aux intempéries. La machine de fabrication de sable conique précitée évite fondamentalement l'apparition de phénomènes où la machine de fabrication de sable conique se bloque, où le courant d'un moteur est augmenté et où une cavité de fabrication de sable est endommagée parce que la cavité de fabrication de sable est bloquée avec des grès.
