Abstract:

(EN)A permanent magnet rotor structure comprises a rotor iron core (1) and a permanent magnet body (2). Several magnetic induction blocks (11) are arranged on the rotor icon core (1). Between two adjacent magnetic induction blocks (11), a radial groove (110) is formed for mounting the permanent magnet body (2). A block hook (111) protrudes on magnetic induction blocks (11) on two sides of an opening of the radial groove (110). An axial notch (21) is arranged on at least one outer side surface of the permanent magnet body (2); an axial protrusion (112) is arranged on at least one outer side surface of the magnetic induction blocks (11); the permanent magnet body (2) is mounted in the radial groove (110); and the axial protrusion (112) of the magnetic conduction blocks (11) is inlayed into the axial notch (21) of the permanent magnet body (2). Alternatively, an axial protrusion (22) is arranged on at least one outer side surface of the permanent magnet body (2); an axial notch (113) is arranged on at least one outer side surface of the magnetic conduction blocks (11); the permanent magnet body (2) is mounted in the radial groove (110; and the axial protrusion (22) of the permanent magnet body (2) is inlayed into the axial notch (113) of the magnetic induction blocks (11). The structure is simple, is convenient and firm to mount, and has high reliability and a long service life.
