The present invention relates to a system for controlling exhaust heat recovery temperature using a mixing valve and a method therefor and, more specifically, to a system for controlling exhaust heat recovery temperature using a mixing valve and a method therefor, which can reduce time required for raising the temperature to a normal temperature of a generating part during an initial operation and which can enable a stable operation depending upon a temperature change of direct water when using hot water. The system comprises: a hot water tank including an exhaust heat exchanger for recovering exhaust heat from an exhaust heat source and a heating heat exchanger for exchanging heat for heating using hot water; an auxiliary boiler for heating the heat exchanged hot water from the exhaust heat exchanger and the heating heat exchanger to satisfy the temperature set by a user and then supplying the heated water to a heating space and a hot water supply space; an automatic supplement valve for automatically supplementing direct water; an expansion tank connected to the automatic supplement valve to adjust expansion pressure depending upon the temperature change of the direct water; an exhaust heat pump connected to the expansion tank to internally circulate exhaust heat through an exhaust heat line connecting the exhaust heat source and the hot water tank; and a mixing valve formed between a first hot water (1H) line for receiving the exhaust heat of the exhaust heat source and a second hot water (2H) line having passed through the exhaust heat exchanger of the hot water tank to perform mutual mixing.

L'invention concerne un système de régulation de la température de récupération de chaleur d'échappement utilisant un robinet mélangeur et un procédé associé et, plus spécifiquement, un système de régulation de la température de récupération de chaleur d'échappement utilisant un robinet mélangeur et un procédé associé, qui peut réduire le temps nécessaire pour augmenter la température à une température normale d'une partie de génération pendant un fonctionnement initial et qui peut permettre un fonctionnement stable en fonction d'un changement de température d'eau directe lors de l'utilisation d'eau chaude. Le système comprend : un réservoir d'eau chaude comprenant un échangeur de chaleur d'échappement destiné à récupérer de la chaleur d'échappement en provenance d'une source de chaleur d'échappement et d'un échangeur de chaleur de chauffage destiné à échanger la chaleur de chauffage en utilisant de l'eau chaude ; une chaudière auxiliaire destinée à chauffer l'eau chaude ayant fait l'objet d'un échange de chaleur de l'échangeur de chaleur d'échappement et l'échangeur de chaleur de chauffage pour satisfaire la température établie par un utilisateur, puis fournir l'eau chauffée à un espace de chauffage et un espace de fourniture d'eau chaude ; un robinet supplémentaire automatique destiné à compléter automatiquement l'eau directe ; un réservoir d'expansion raccordé au robinet supplémentaire automatique pour régler la pression d'expansion en fonction du changement de température de l'eau directe ; une pompe à chaleur d'échappement raccordée au réservoir d'expansion pour faire circuler de façon interne de la chaleur d'échappement à travers une canalisation d'échappement de chaleur raccordant la source de chaleur d'échappement et le réservoir d'eau chaude ; et un robinet de mélange formé entre une première canalisation d'eau chaude (1H) destinée à recevoir la chaleur d'échappement de la source de chaleur d'échappement et une seconde canalisation d'eau chaude (1H) ayant traversé l'échangeur de chaleur d'échappement du réservoir d'eau chaude pour réaliser un mélange mutuel.

본 발명은 믹싱밸브를 이용한 배열환수온도 제어시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 초기 운전시 발전부 정상온도까지 올리는 시간을 줄이고, 온수사용시 직수 온도 변화에 따른 안정적인 운전을 가능케 하는 믹싱밸브를 이용한 배열환수온도 제어시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 배열원으로부터 배열을 회수하는 배열열교환기 및 온수를 이용하여 난방을 위해 열교환되는 난방열교환기를 구비하는 온수탱크, 상기 배열열교환기와 난방열교환기로부터 열교환된 온수를 사용자에 의해 설정된 온도를 만족하도록 가열하여 난방공간 및 급탕공간에 공급하는 보조 보일러를 포함하여 구성되는 배열환수온도 제어시스템에 있어서, 상기 배열환수온도 제어시스템은, 직수를 자동으로 보충하는 자동 보충 밸브와, 상기 자동 보충 밸브에 연결되어 상기 직수의 온도변화에 따른 팽창압을 조절하기 위한 팽창 탱크와, 상기 팽창 탱크에 연결되어 상기 배열원과 온수탱크를 연결하는 배열라인을 내부 순환시키는 배열 펌프와, 상기 배열원의 배열을 받은 제1온수(1H)라인과 다시 상기 온수탱크의 배열열교환기를 통과한 후의 제2온수(2H)라인 사이에 연장 형성되어 상호간 믹싱시키는 믹싱 밸브를 포함하여 구성된다.
