The invention relates to a capillary channel, which comprises a trap section (1) having a coating, and further comprises a collector section (2) having a volume which is at least as large as that of the trap section (1), and a reader section (3) adjacent to the collector section (2), wherein the reader section (3) optionally comprises one or more physical and/or chemical sensors adapted for measuring a flow rate and/or one or more markings for visual reading of a liquid front position, and wherein the collector section (2) is located in the part between the trap section (1) and the reader section (3) of the capillary channel. The invention also provides a capillary channel system, which comprises at least one measuring channel, which measuring channel is a capillary channel according to the invention, wherein the coating comprises an antigen, and the system comprises at least one negative control channel and optionally at least one positive control channel, and optionally at least one sample distributing part which communicates with the channels. The invention also provides a method for the analysis of immunoreactivity on an antigen array, wherein an antigen array comprising one or more antigens and optionally one or more reference substances is contacted with a sample, and the immune complexes formed by the one or more antigens and one or more components of the sample which may be captured by the antigens are detected by cells, wherein for the cells the sample serves as a source, or the cells are from a source other than the sample. The method is preferably carried out with a device according to the invention. The invention also encompasses kits and uses.

La présente invention concerne un canal capillaire qui comprend une section de piégeage (1) incluant un revêtement, et qui comporte en outre une section de collecte (2) dont le volume est au moins aussi important que celui de la section de piégeage (1), ainsi qu'une section de lecture (3) voisine de la section de collecte (2). La section de lecture (3) comprend éventuellement un ou plusieurs capteurs physiques et/ou chimiques conçus pour mesurer un débit, et/ou un ou plusieurs repères pour la lecture visuelle de la position avant d'un liquide. La section de collecte (2) se trouve dans la partie située entre la section de piégeage (1) et la section de lecture (3) du canal capillaire. La présente invention se rapporte également à un système à canal capillaire qui comprend au moins un canal de mesure, ce canal de mesure étant un canal capillaire selon l'invention. Le revêtement comporte un antigène, et le système inclut au moins un canal de commande négatif et éventuellement au moins un canal de commande positif, ainsi qu'éventuellement au moins une partie de distribution d'échantillon communiquant avec les canaux. La présente invention a trait aussi à un procédé pour l'analyse de l'immunoréactivité sur un ensemble d'antigènes. Un ensemble d'antigènes comportant un ou plusieurs antigènes et éventuellement une ou plusieurs substances de référence est en contact avec un échantillon, et les complexes immuns qui sont formés par le ou les antigènes et par un ou plusieurs constituants de l'échantillon pouvant être capturés par les antigènes sont détectés par des cellules. L'échantillon fait office de source de cellules, ou les cellules proviennent d'une source différente de l'échantillon. Le procédé est de préférence mis en œuvre à l'aide d'un dispositif conforme à l'invention. La présente invention englobe également des kits et des utilisations.
