Described is a targeted molecular scaffold for construction of a metabolic inhibitor loaded with cancer-cell specific activity and anti-tumor immunity. Incorporation of a mitochondria targeting moiety such as triphenylphosphonium cation through a biodegradable linker in allowed for mitochondria targeting of certain metabolic inhibitors like dichloroacetic acid (DCA).

La présente invention concerne un tuteur moléculaire ciblé servant à l'élaboration d'un inhibiteur métabolique caractérisé par une activité spécifique à l'encontre des cellules cancéreuses et par une immunité anti-tumorale. L'intégration d'une fraction de ciblage en direction des mitochondries, telle que le cation triphénylphosphonium, par l'intermédiaire d'une séquence de liaison biodégradable est possible pour le ciblage en direction des mitochondries de certains inhibiteurs métaboliques comme l'acide dichloroacétique.
