(EN)A variety of methods for fabricating organic photovoltaic-based electricity-generating commercial aircraft fuselage surfaces are described. In particular, a method for fabricating curved electricity-generating commercial aircraft fuselage surfaces utilizing lamination of highly flexible organic photovoltaic films is described. High-throughput and low-cost fabrication options also allow for economical production.
(FR)Cette invention concerne divers procédés de fabrication de surfaces de fuselage d'avion commercial générant de l'électricité à partir de dispositifs photovoltaïques organiques. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de surfaces courbes de fuselage d'avion commercial générant de l'électricité, ledit procédé comprenant l'étape consistant à stratifier des films photovoltaïques organiques de grande flexibilité. Certains modes de réalisation présentant une fabrication à haut débit et à faible coût assurent une production rentable.
