Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a ternary elastomeric copolymer having a long-chain branch, obtained in the presence of a group IV transition metal catalyst, and capable of achieving both excellent processability and excellent elasticity (flexibility), and a method for preparing the same. The ternary elastomeric copolymer is a copolymer of ethylene, an alpha-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and a diene, i) having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 to 500,000, measured by GPC; and ii) capable of having a positive value on the LCB index, which is the ratio of a first harmonic of the storage modulus of elasticity measured by a rubber process analyzer at 125°C, using the Large Angles of Oscillation and high Strains (LAOS) method, with respect to a fifth harmonic of the storage modulus of elasticity.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un copolymère élastomère ternaire comportant une ramification à chaîne longue, obtenu en présence d'un catalyseur de type métal de transition de groupe IV, et permettant d'obtenir à la fois une excellente aptitude à la mise en œuvre et une excellente élasticité (flexibilité), et son procédé de préparation. Le copolymère élastomère ternaire selon l'invention est un copolymère d'éthylène, d'une alpha-oléfine ayant de 3 à 20 atomes de carbone, et d'un diène, i) ayant un poids moléculaire moyen en poids mesuré par GPC de 100 000 à 500 000; et ii) capable de présenter une valeur positive sur l'indice LCB, qui est le rapport d'une première harmonique du module de conservation de l'élasticité mesurée par un analyseur de processus de caoutchouc à 125°C, à l'aide de la méthode par les Grands angles d'oscillation et sous contraintes élevées (LAOS), par rapport à une cinquième harmonique du module de conservation de l'élasticité.
(KO) 본 발명은 4족 전이금속 촉매의 존재 하에 얻어진 우수한 가공성 및 탄성(유연성)을 동시에 충족할 수 있는 장쇄분지를 갖는 3원계 탄성 공중합체 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 3원계 탄성 공중합체는 에틸렌, 탄소수 3 내지 20의 알파올레핀 및 디엔의 공중합체로서, i) GPC로 측정한 중량 평균 분자량이 100,000 내지 500,000이고, ii) LAOS(Large Angles of Oscillation and high Strains) 방법을 이용하여 125℃에서 고무 가공처리 분석기(Rubber Process Analyzer)로 측정한 저장 탄성율의 5차 고조파에 대한 저장 탄성율의 1차 고조파의 비율인 LCB Index가 양의 값을 가질 수 있다.
