(EN)The present invention provides a composition of soft-magnetic nano-amorphous composite material composed of, in terms of wt%, 30.0% to 40.0% of Co, 2.0 % to 3.0% of B, 3.0% to 5.0% of Si, 0.5% to 0.7% of C, more than 0.5% but less than 1.5% of Ba, 0.3% to 0.7% of Mg, and the remainder including unavoidable impurities and Fe, and a melt spinning method as a method for preparing the composition, in order to provide a composition of soft-magnetic nano-amorphous composite material having a saturation magnetic flux density (Bs) of 1.68 T or more and a cohesive force of 1.5 A/m by precipitating nano-crystals in a complete amorphous substrate or an amorphous substrate depending on the solidification rate according to the preparation method.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une composition de matériau magnétique doux composite nano-amorphe composé, en termes de % en masse, de 30,0% à 40,0% de Co, 2,0 % à 3,0% de B, 3,0% à 5,0% de Si, 0,5% à 0,7% de C, plus de 0,5% mais moins de 1,5% de Ba, 0,3% à 0,7% de Mg, le reste comprenant des impuretés inévitable et du Fe, ainsi qu'un procédé de filage par fusion en tant que procédé de préparation de la composition, afin de donner une composition de matériau magnétique doux composite nano-amorphe présentant une densité de flux magnétique de saturation (Bs) d'au moins 1,68 T et une force cohésive de 1,5 A/m en faisant précipiter des nanocristaux dans un substrat amorphe complet ou un substrat amorphe, selon la vitesse de solidification en fonction du procédé de préparation.
