Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for repairing a damaged part of an expansion joint for a concrete road and, more particularly to, a method for repairing a damaged part of an expansion joint for a concrete road, comprising: an epoxy mortar plastering step for filling a damaged part by plastering, with epoxy mortar, a damaged concrete part of an joint formed so as to be expanded in a concrete road; an urethane mortar filling step for filling the joint with urethane mortar; and an urethane injection step for injecting the rapid-hardening urethane into a joint of an upper part of the urethane mortar. According to this method, it is possible to reduce required construction time by excluding processes for cutting, crushing, and high-pressure-cleaning existing concrete and the like and by quickening a curing speed of a repairing material, provide excellent binding force with an existing road pavement material, obtain waterproof properties for preventing water permeation, and further improve durability even though a dynamic load of a vehicle is repetitively generated since the repaired road surfaces are connected to each other.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de réparation d'une partie endommagée d'un joint de dilatation pour une route en béton et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de réparation d'une partie endommagée d'un joint de dilatation pour une route en béton qui comprend : une étape de plâtrage au mortier époxy afin de remplir une partie endommagée par plâtrage, avec du mortier époxy, d'une partie en béton endommagée d'un joint formé de manière à être dilaté dans une route en béton ; une étape de remplissage au mortier uréthane, afin de remplir le joint avec du mortier uréthane ; et une étape d'injection d'uréthane, afin d'injecter l'uréthane à durcissement rapide dans un joint d'une partie supérieure du mortier uréthane. Selon ce procédé, il est possible de réduire le temps requis pour la construction grâce à l'exclusion des processus de coupe, d'écrasement et de nettoyage haute pression et autres, du béton existant et à l'accélération de la vitesse de durcissement d'un matériau de réparation. Il est également possible d'assurer une excellente force de liaison avec un matériau de revêtement routier existant, d'obtenir des propriétés d'imperméabilité afin d'éviter la perméation de l'eau, ainsi que d'améliorer la durabilité, même si la charge dynamique d'un véhicule est générée de façon répétitive, puisque les surfaces réparées de la route sont reliées les unes aux autres.
(KO) 본 발명은 콘크리트 도로용 신축줄눈의 파손부를 보수할 수 있는 보수방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 콘크리트 도로에서 신축 가능하도록 형성한 줄눈 부위의 콘크리트 파손 부분에 에폭시 몰탈을 미장하여 파손부를 메우는 에폭시 몰탈 미장 단계와, 상기 줄눈에 우레탄 몰탈을 충진하는 우레탄 몰탈 충진 단계와, 상기 우레탄 몰탈 상부의 줄눈에 속경성 우레탄을 주입하는 우레탄 주입 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 방법에 의하면 기존 콘크리트의 절단, 파쇄, 고압수 세척 등의 공정을 배제하고 보수재의 경화속도를 빠르게 하여 공사 소요 시간을 단축할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 기존 도로 포장체와의 결집력이 우수하며 물이 스며들지 않도록 방수성을 가지는 동시에 보수된 도로면이 서로 연결되어 있어 자동차의 동적 하중이 반복적으로 발생한다 해도 내구성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
