Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a technology related to the biosynthetic reaction of a catechol derivative using tyrosinase, for effectively preventing the diphenolase activity of tyrosinase and thereby selectively catalyzing only the monophenolase activity of a monophenolic compound. The present invention provides a technology for producing various functional catechol materials with high productivity and yield using same.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une technique se rapportant à la réaction de biosynthèse d'un dérivé de catéchol faisant appel à la tyrosinase, pour prévenir efficacement l'activité diphénolase de la tyrosinase et ne catalyser ainsi de manière sélective que l'activité monophénolase d'un composé monophénolique. Une technique selon l'invention permettant de produire divers composés de catéchol fonctionnels à une productivité et un rendement élevés est en outre décrite.
(KO) 본 발명은 티로시나아제를 이용한 카테콜형 구조 물질의 생합성 반응에 관한 기술로, 티로시나아제의 이차 산화 반응을 효과적으로 억제하여, 모노페놀형 구조 물질의 일차 수산화 반응만을 선택적으로 촉매화하는 기술이다. 본 발명은 이를 이용한 다양한 기능성 카테콜형 물질들을 높은 생산성과 수율로 생산하는 기술을 제공한다.
