Abstract:
(EN) One embodiment of the present invention relates to a selective catalytic reduction and catalytic regeneration system, and the selective catalytic reduction and catalytic regeneration system comprises: a main exhaust flow path through which exhaust gas containing nitrogen oxide passes; a reactor installed on the main exhaust flow path and including a catalyst for reducing nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas; a bypass exhuast flow path which branches from the main exhaust flow path, bypasses the reactor, and then rejoins the main exhaust flow path; an ammonia spraying portion, installed on the main exhaust flow path, for spraying ammonia into the exhaust gas to be introduced into the reactor; a hydrolysis chamber for receiving urea and generating ammonia to be provided to the ammonia spraying portion; an ammonia supply flow path for connecting the ammonia spraying portion and the hydrolysis chamber; a branched flow path which branches from the main exhaust flow path in front of the reactor; a recirculation flow path which branches from the main exhaust flow path behind the reactor and then rejoins the branched flow path; and a multifunctional flow path for connecting the rejoining point of the branched flow path and the recirculation flow path with the hydrolysis chamber.
(FR) Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un système sélectif de réduction catalytique et de régénération catalytique, et le système sélectif de réduction catalytique et de régénération catalytique comprend : une voie de flux d'échappement principale à travers laquelle le gaz d'échappement contenant l'oxyde d'azote passe ; un réacteur installé sur la voie de flux d'échappement principale et comprenant un catalyseur permettant de réduire l'oxyde d'azote dans le gaz d'échappement ; une voie de flux d'échappement de dérivation qui se ramifie depuis la voie de flux d'échappement principale, contourne le réacteur, et rejoint ensuite la voie de flux d'échappement principale ; et une partie de pulvérisation d'ammoniac, installée sur la voie de flux d'échappement principale, permettant de pulvériser de l'ammoniac dans le gaz d'échappement à introduire dans le réacteur ; une chambre à hydrolyse permettant de recevoir l'urée et de générer de l'ammoniac destiné à être fourni à la partie de pulvérisation d'ammoniac ; une voie d'alimentation en ammoniac permettant de raccorder la partie de pulvérisation d'ammoniac et la chambre à hydrolyse ; une voie d'écoulement ramifiée qui se ramifie depuis la voie de flux d'échappement principale devant le réacteur ; une voie d'écoulement de recirculation qui se ramifie depuis la voie de flux d'échappement principale derrière le réacteur et rejoint ensuite la voie d'écoulement ramifiée ; et une voie d'écoulement multifonctions permettant de raccorder le point de jonction de la voie d'écoulement ramifiée et la voie d'écoulement de recirculation avec la chambre à hydrolyse.
(KO) 본 발명의 실시예는 선택적 촉매 환원 및 촉매 재생 시스템에 관한 것으로, 선택적 촉매 환원 및 촉매 재생 시스템은 질소산화물을 함유한 배기 가스가 이동하는 메인 배기 유로와, 상기 메인 배기 유로 상에 설치되어 배기 가스의 질소산화물을 저감시키기 위한 촉매를 포함하는 반응기와, 상기 메인 배기 유로에서 분기되어 상기 반응기를 우회한 후 다시 상기 메인 배기 유로와 합류하는 우회 배기 유로와, 상기 메인 배기 유로 상에 설치되어 상기 반응기에 유입될 배기 가스에 암모니아를 분사하는 암모니아 분사부와, 우레아를 제공받아 상기 암모니아 분사부에 공급할 암모니아를 생성하는 가수분해 챔버와, 상기 암모니아 분사부와 상기 가수분해 챔버를 연결하는 암모니아 공급 유로와, 상기 반응기 전방의 상기 메인 배기 유로에서 분기된 분기 유로와, 상기 반응기 후방의 상기 메인 배기 유로에서 분기되어 상기 분기 유로와 합류하는 재순환 유로, 및 상기 분기 유로와 상기 재순환 유로의 합류 지점과 상기 가수분해 챔버를 연결하는 다기능 유로를 포함한다.
