Abstract:
(EN) The objective of the present invention is to provide an organic electroluminescent element which has flexibility and excellent contrast ratio, while exhibiting excellent thermal storage stability. An organic electroluminescent element according to the present invention comprises, on a resin base, at least a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer and a second electrode sequentially in this order. This organic electroluminescent element is characterized in that: both the first electrode and the second electrode are transparent electrodes; a polysilazane modification layer is arranged between the first electrode and the resin base; and a light absorption layer containing a black material is arranged on a surface of the second electrode, said surface being on the reverse side of the organic light emitting layer-side surface.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un élément électroluminescent organique qui présente de la flexibilité et un rapport de contraste excellent, tout en offrant une excellente stabilité de stockage thermique. Selon la présente invention, un élément électroluminescent organique comprend, sur une base en résine, au moins une première électrode, une couche organique émettant de la lumière et une deuxième électrode, séquentiellement dans cet ordre. Cet élément électroluminescent organique est caractérisé en ce que : à la fois la première électrode et la deuxième électrode sont des électrodes transparentes ; une couche de modification en polysilazane est agencée entre la première électrode et la base en résine ; et une couche d'absorption de lumière contenant un matériau noir est agencée sur une surface de la deuxième électrode, ladite surface étant du côté opposé de la surface du côté couche organique émettant de la lumière.
(JA)  本発明の課題は、可撓性及び優れたコントラスト比を有し、耐熱保存性に優れる有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子を提供することである。 本発明の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子は、樹脂基材上に、少なくとも第一電極、有機発光層、及び第二電極をこの順に具備した有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子であって、前記第一電極と第二電極がいずれも透明電極であり、当該第一電極と前記樹脂基材の間にポリシラザン改質層を有し、かつ当該第二電極の有機発光層とは反対側に黒色材料を含有する光吸収層を具備していることを特徴とする。
