(JA) 抗がん剤分解方法および抗がん剤分解装置
Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an anticancer decomposition method for protecting medical professionals from an anticancer agent scattering to the outside (for example, a safety cabinet or prescription laboratory) in the course of drug preparation, etc., and an anticancer decomposition device to be used in the decomposition method. An anticancer agent scattering to a safety cabinet, etc. is decomposed by treating with ozone-containing humidified air that has been humidified using a humidification means. The relative humidity of the ozone-containing humidified air is preferably 80% or higher. When the decomposition treatment is controlled on the basis of CT value, the difference between an assumed humidity and a measured humidity is reflected on an increase in the CT value so as to accurately grasp the progress of the decomposition of the anticancer agent.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de décomposition d’anticancéreux pour protéger les professionnels médicaux contre un agent anticancéreux se propageant à l’extérieur (par exemple, dans une armoire sécurisée ou un laboratoire de prescription) au cours d’une préparation de médicament, etc., et un dispositif de décomposition d’anticancéreux à utiliser dans le procédé de décomposition. Un agent anticancéreux se propageant dans une armoire de sécurité, etc., est décomposé par traitement avec de l’air humidifié contenant de l’ozone qui a été humidifié en utilisant un moyen d’humidification. L’humidité relative de l’air humidifié contenant de l’ozone est de préférence de 80 % ou plus. Lorsque le traitement de décomposition est contrôlé sur la base d’une valeur CT, la différence entre une humidité supposée et une humidité mesurée se traduit par une augmentation de la valeur CT de manière à suivre précisément l’avancement de la décomposition de l’agent anticancéreux.
(JA)  調剤時等に外部(安全キャビネット、調剤室等)に飛散した抗がん剤から医療従事者を保護するための抗がん剤分解方法およびこの分解方法に使用する抗がん剤分解装置を提供する。 安全キャビネット等に飛散した抗がん剤に対して、オゾンを含み加湿手段により加湿された空気を作用させて抗がん剤を分解する。オゾンガスを含む加湿された空気の相対湿度は80%以上が好ましい。分解処理をCT値で管理するときは、想定湿度と実測湿度との差を増分CT値に反映させ、抗がん剤の分解の進行を的確に把握する。
