Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for noninvasively evaluating the cell state (proliferating, layering, and differentiating) of a cell sheet, which is a biomimetic tissue, when culturing a cell sheet. The method is characterized in that an amino acid analysis is conducted using the culture supernatant of the cell sheet and assessing the cell state by monitoring changes in the concentration of any of five amino acids (Ile, Val, Ser, Leu, and Ala).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'évaluer de façon non invasive l'état des cellules (prolifération, organisation en couches, différentiation) d'un voile de cellules constituant un tissu biomimétique, pendant la culture d'un voile de cellules. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que l'analyse des acides aminés, qui se fait au moyen du surnageant de culture du voile de cellules, consiste à vérifier l'état des cellules en surveillant les changements affectant la concentration de l'un quelconque des cinq acides aminés que sont ici l'isoleucine (Ile), la valine (Val), la sérine (Ser), la leucine (Leu), et l'alanine (Ala).
(JA) 細胞シートを培養する際に、生体模倣組織である細胞シートの細胞状態(増殖、重層化、分化)を非侵襲的に評価する方法を提供することである。細胞シートの培養上清を用いてアミノ酸分析を実施し、5種アミノ酸(Ile,Val,Ser,Leu,Ala)のいずれかの濃度変化をモニタリングすることにより細胞状態を判定することを特徴とする。
