Abstract:
(EN) This welding method is for a steering member in which a steering member base material (10) and a component (20) are joined by welding. The component is grasped by a hand robot (110) and positioned with respect to the steering member base material, provisionally anchored by carrying out tacking welding of the component at a contact site between the component and the steering member base material while the component is still grasped, and a tacking welding location (31) formed. Main welding is carried out at the contact site other than the tacking welding locations, and main weld locations (32, 33) are formed. The main weld locations are formed along a direction of force operating on a second member, and the tacking welding locations are formed between each of the main welding locations. Thereby, welding operations are carried out rapidly for the steering member and the like using the robot hand.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de soudage pour un organe de direction, dans lequel procédé un matériau de base d'organe de direction (10) et un élément (20) sont réunis par soudage. L'élément est saisi par une main de robot (110), et positionné relativement au matériau de base d'organe de direction, provisoirement ancré par réalisation d'un soudage de pointage de l'élément au niveau d'un site de contact entre l'élément et le matériau de base d'organe de direction pendant que l'élément est encore saisi, et un emplacement de soudage de pointage (31) est formé. Un soudage principal est effectué au niveau du site de contact ailleurs qu'aux emplacements de soudage de pointage, et des emplacements de soudage principaux (32, 33) sont formés. Les emplacements de soudage principaux sont formés le long d'une direction de force agissant sur un second organe, et les emplacements de soudage de pointage sont formés entre chacun des emplacements de soudage principaux. Par conséquent, des opérations de soudage sont effectuées rapidement pour l'organe de direction, et analogue, à l'aide de la main de robot.
(JA) 【課題】ロボットハンドを用いたステアリングメンバ等の溶接作業を迅速に行うことができる溶接方法及び溶接装置を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明は、ステアリングメンバ母材10と部品20とを溶接によって接合するステアリングメンバの溶接方法において、ハンドロボット110によって部品を把持してステアリングメンバ母材に対して位置決めし、部品を把持したまま部品とステアリングメンバ母材との接触部位において部品を仮止めする溶接を行なって仮止め溶接箇所31を形成し、接触部位における仮止め溶接箇所以外の接触部位に本溶接を行って本溶接箇所32、33を形成し、本溶接箇所は第2部材に作用する力の方向に沿って形成され、各々の本溶接箇所の間に仮止め溶接箇所が形成される。
