Abstract:
(EN)  This organic electroluminescence element has a barrier layer on a flexible substrate. The barrier layer comprises a silicon compound containing at least one element selected from carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen, the silicon compound having a continuous compositional variation in the thickness direction, and having one or more extrema in the compositional distribution of the elements. Furthermore, the barrier layer and a light-emitting unit in the organic electroluminescence element are disposed in the substantially central part in the thickness direction.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique comprenant une couche barrière sur un substrat souple. La couche barrière comprend un composé de silicium qui contient au moins un élément sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par le carbone, l'azote et l'oxygène. Le composé de silicium présente une variation de composition continue dans le sens de l'épaisseur, et comprend un ou plusieurs extremum/extrema dans la distribution de la composition des éléments. De plus, la couche barrière et une unité électroluminescente de l'élément électroluminescent organique sont disposées dans la partie sensiblement centrale dans le sens de l'épaisseur.
