Abstract:
(EN) A rubber-metal laminated gasket material which is obtained by sequentially laminating a surface treatment agent layer, an adhesive layer and a rubber layer on a metal plate, and which is characterized in that the surface treatment agent layer is formed by applying a surface treatment agent such that the application amount on one surface is 30-1,000 mg/m2, said surface treatment agent containing no chromium, having a mixing ratio of 20-90% by weight of a fluorine-free titanium compound and 10-80% by weight of alumina, and having a titanium metal content of 1-20% by weight. This rubber-metal laminated gasket material has excellent LLC resistance under high temperature conditions.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau de joint stratifié caoutchouc-métal obtenu par stratification séquentielle d'une couche d'agent de traitement de surface, d'une couche adhésive et d'une couche de caoutchouc sur une plaque de métal, et caractérisé en ce que la couche d'agent de traitement de surface est formée par application d'un agent de traitement de surface de sorte que la quantité d'application sur une surface est de 30 à 1 000 mg/m2, ledit agent de traitement de surface ne contenant pas de chrome, ayant un rapport de mélange de 20 à 90 % en poids d'un composé du titane exempt de fluor et de 10 à 80 % en poids d'alumine, et ayant une teneur en titane métallique de 1 à 20 % en poids. Ce matériau de joint stratifié caoutchouc-métal possède une excellente résistance au LLC dans des conditions de haute température.
(JA)  金属板上に表面処理剤層、接着剤層およびゴム層を順次積層してなるゴム-金属積層ガスケット素材において、表面処理剤層が、クロムを含有せず、フッ素非含有チタン化合物20~90重量%およびアルミナ10~80重量%の混合割合を有し、金属チタンとしての含有量が1~20重量%である表面処理剤を、その片面塗布量が30~1000mg/m2となるように塗布せしめて形成されたものであるゴム-金属積層ガスケット素材。このゴム-金属積層ガスケット素材は、高温度条件下における耐LLC性に優れている。
