(EN) Provided is a wireless apparatus wherein deterioration of antenna characteristics is suppressed, and the thickness thereof is reduced. The wireless apparatus is provided with: a substrate; a wireless module, which is mounted on the substrate, and which is provided with an antenna section; and a housing, which houses the substrate and wireless module. The wireless apparatus has, from the antenna section to the housing side, a gap having a length of substantially a multiple of a half wavelength of a radio wave corresponding to a communication frequency of the antenna section.
