Abstract:
(EN) A resolver (1) is provided with a detecting section (P) and an output section (Q). The detecting section (P) includes a stator core (7), and a resin teeth part (8) as a resin part integrally formed with the stator core (7) by means of injection molding. The detecting section (P) detects a rotation angle position of an output shaft (3) of an electric motor (2), and generates a rotation angle signal. The output section (Q) includes a terminal-holding resin part (9) as a resin part integrally formed with the stator core (7) by means of injection molding. The output section (Q) outputs the rotation angle signal generated by means of the detecting section (P). The resin teeth part (8) and the terminal-holding resin part (9) are separated from each other.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un résolver (1) qui comporte une section de détection (P) et une section de sortie (Q). La section de détection (P) comprend un noyau (7) de stator, et une partie (8) de dents de résine en tant que partie de résine formée d'un seul tenant avec le noyau (7) de stator au moyen de moulage par injection. La section de détection (P) détecte une position d'angle de rotation d'un axe (3) de sortie d'un moteur (2) électrique et génère un signal d'angle de rotation. La section de sortie (Q) comprend une partie (9) de résine de maintien de borne en tant que partie de résine formée d'un seul tenant avec le noyau (7) de stator au moyen de moulage par injection. La section de sortie (Q) délivre en sortie le signal d'angle de rotation généré au moyen de la section de détection (P). La partie (8) de dents de résine et la partie (9) de maintien de borne sont séparées l'une de l'autre.
(JA) レゾルバ(1)は、検出部(P)と出力部(Q)を備える。検出部(P)は、ステータコア(7)と、射出成形によりステータコア(7)と一体的に形成される樹脂部品としてのティース樹脂部品(8)と、を含む。検出部(P)は、電動機(2)の出力軸(3)の回転角度位置を検出して回転角度信号を生成する。出力部(Q)は、射出成形によりステータコア(7)と一体的に形成される樹脂部品としての端子保持樹脂部品(9)を含む。出力部(Q)は、検出部(P)が生成した回転角度信号を出力する。ティース樹脂部品(8)と端子保持樹脂部品(9)は、分断されている。
