Title: DC POWER SUPPLY DEVICE AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE EMPLOYING DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH SAME
Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to obtain a DC power supply device capable of preventing harmonic current from increasing and a power factor from deteriorating without causing an imbalance between phase currents in a configuration in which three-phase AC is converted to DC and the converted DC is supplied to a load, and also to obtain a refrigeration cycle employing device equipped with the DC power supply device. The DC power supply device comprises a rectifying circuit (2) for rectifying three-phase AC, a reactor (3) connected to the input side or output side of the rectifying circuit (2), a first capacitor (6a) and a second capacitor (6b) connected in series between the output terminals to a load (11), and a charging means (7) for selectively charging one of or both of the first capacitor (6a) and the second capacitor (6b). When a period obtained by combining a set of the charging period and non-charging period of the first capacitor (6a) and the second capacitor (6b) is defined as one cycle, the charging means (7) is controlled so that the charging frequency that is the reciprocal of this one cycle becomes 3n (n is a natural number) times the frequency of the three-phase AC.
