Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing a multi-layer varistor component (100) is provided. The method includes the step of providing a main part (1) for the multi-layer varistor component (100), the main part (1) comprising a plurality of inner electrodes (3). The method also includes the step of providing the main part (1) with a starting material for a copper electrode layer (4) in such a way that the starting material is directly connected to at least one inner electrode (3) and the step of thermally treating the starting material under a protective gas atmosphere in order to form the copper electrode layer (4). Moreover, a multi-layer varistor component (100) is provided.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un composant varistor multicouche (100). Le procédé consiste à fournir un corps de base (1) pour le composant varistor multicouche (100), le corps de base (1) comprenant une pluralité d'électrodes intérieures (3). Le procédé consiste en outre à pourvoir le corps de base (1) d'un matériau de départ pour une couche d'électrode en cuivre (4), de telle manière que le matériau de départ est relié directement à au moins une électrode intérieure (3), ainsi qu'à exposer le matériau de départ à un traitement thermique sous une atmosphère de gaz de protection, afin de former la couche d'électrode en cuivre (4). L'invention concerne par ailleurs un composant varistor multicouche (100).
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Vielschicht-Varistorbauelements (100) angegeben. Das Verfahren umfasst das Bereitstellen eines Grundkörpers (1) für das Vielschicht-Varistorbauelement (100), wobei der Grundkörper (1) eine Mehrzahl von Innenelektroden (3) umfasst. Das Verfahren umfasst weiterhin das Versehen des Grundkörpers (1) mit einem Ausgangsmaterial für eine Kupferelektrodenschicht (4) derart, dass das Ausgangsmaterial direkt mit mindestens einer Innenelektrode (3) verbunden ist sowie das thermische Behandeln des Ausgangsmaterials unter einer Schutzgasatmosphäre, um die Kupferelektrodenschicht (4) zu bilden. Außerdem wird ein Vielschicht-Varistorbauelement (100) angegeben.
