Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a linear drive (1), which has an output slide (4), which is guided on a drive housing (7) in a linearly movable manner. The output slide (4) contains a one-piece slide body (24), which is designed as a bent sheet-metal part. In this context, the slide body (24) comprises a plate-shaped central segment (32), guide limbs (33, 34), which are arranged alongside the plate-shaped central segment and bent downward, and a drive limb (52), which is arranged at an end face and which likewise is bent downward. The guide limbs (33, 34) are used to linearly guide the output slide (4), and the drive limb (52) is used for the application of the driving forces that cause the reciprocating motion (3) of the output slide (4). The invention further relates to a method for producing such a linear drive.
(FR) L'invention concerne un entraînement linéaire (1) comportant un chariot mené (4) guidé de façon à coulisser linéairement sur un boîtier d'entraînement (7). Le chariot mené (4) comporte un corps de chariot (24) d'un seul tenant conçu en tant que pièce en tôle cintrée métallique. A cet effet, le corps de chariot (24) est composé d'un segment central (32) en forme de plaque présentant des branches de guidage (33, 34) disposées sur les côtés longitudinaux du segment central, cintrées vers le bas, et une branche d'entraînement disposée côté frontal et également cintrée vers le bas. Les branches de guidage (33, 34) servent à guider linéairement le chariot mené (4) et la branche d'entraînement (52) sert à appliquer les forces d'entraînement provoquant la course (3) du chariot mené (4). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un tel entraînement linéaire.
(DE) Es wird ein Linearantrieb (1) vorgeschlagen, der über einen an einem Antriebsgehäuse (7) linear verschiebbar geführten Abtriebsschlitten (4) verfügt. Der Abtriebsschlitten (4) enthält einen einstückigen Schlittenkörper (24), der als metallisches Blechbiegeteil ausgeführt ist. In diesem Zusammenhang besteht der Schlittenkörper (24) aus einem plattenförmigen Zentralabschnitt (32) mit längsseits daran angeordneten und nach unten gebogenen Führungsschenkeln (33, 34) sowie einem stirnseitig angeordneten und ebenfalls nach unten gebogenen Antriebsschenkel (52). Die Führungsschenkel (33, 34) dienen zur Linearführung des Abtriebsschlittens (4) und der Antriebsschenkel (52) dient zur Einleitung der die Hubbewegung (3) des Abtriebsschlittens (4) hervorrufenden Antriebskräfte. Es wird ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Linearantriebes vorgeschlagen.
