Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a burner gun for industrial thermal processes, in particular for coal gasification, and a method for operating a burner gun of this type. According to the invention, a nozzle combination for supplying fuel (4) and oxidising agent (9) is provided, said nozzle having an annular gap nozzle (2) designed as a laval nozzle in the cross-section, a narrowing of the cross-section, as well as a convergent and a divergent region, and a further nozzle (8) that coaxially penetrates the annular gap nozzle (2).
(FR) La présente invention porte sur une lance de chaudière destinée à des processus thermiques industriels, notamment à la gazéification du charbon, ainsi qu'un procédé pour faire fonctionner ladite lance de chaudière. Selon l'invention, une combinaison de buses sert à l'apport de combustible (4) et d'agent d'oxydation (9), ladite combinaison de buses comprenant une buse à fente annulaire (2) qui se présente dans sa section transversale sous la forme d'une tuyère de Laval, un étranglement de section transversale ainsi qu'une partie convergente et une partie divergente, et une autre buse (8) qui traverse la buse à fente annulaire (2) coaxialement.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Brennerlanze für industrielle Thermoprozesse, insbesondere für die Kohlevergasung, sowie ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer solchen Brennerlanze. Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Düsenkombination für die Zufuhr von Brennstoff (4) und Oxidator (9) vorgesehen mit einer Ringspaltdüse (2), die im Querschnitt als Lavaldüse ausgestaltet ist, einer Querschnittsverengung sowie einem konvergenten und einem divergenten Bereich und einer weiteren Düse (8), die die Ringspaltdüse (2) koaxial durchgreift.
