Abstract:

A testing device for simulating wheel pressurization comprises a bracket (6) and a jack (1). A support seat (4) used for fixing a cylinder body of the jack (1) is disposed at an upper end of the bracket (6). A bottom plate (13) is disposed at a lower end of the bracket (6). A push rod (2) of the jack (1) is placed in the bracket (6). A pressure sensor (7), a guide mechanism, and a clamping mechanism (10) for a wheel are sequentially disposed at a tail end of the push rod (2). Through ingenious combination of the jack (1), the pressure sensor (7), and the clamping mechanism (10) for the wheel (11), the jack (1) exerts different pressure on the wheel (11), and operation situations of a car under various working conditions of the wheel (11) are accurately reflected through the pressure sensor (7); the guide mechanism uses a guide plate (8) to match with a linear slide track (5), and a left and right axial swing problem of the push rod does not occur in a downward pressing process of the push rod (2) of the jack (1), so that the push rod is more stable; and the guide plate (8) and the linear slide track (5) mutually match, and a friction coefficient is very small, so that downslide stability and reduction of downslide friction resistance are excellently ensured. The device has a compact structure, a small volume, and a low manufacturing cost, and is simple and convenient and easy to operate.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de test destiné à simuler une mise sous pression de roue, comprenant un étrier (6) et un cric (1). Un logement de support (4) servant à fixer un corps de cylindre du cric (1) est disposé au niveau d'une extrémité supérieure de l'étrier (6). Une plaque inférieure (13) est disposée au niveau d'une extrémité inférieure de l'étrier (6). Une tige poussoir (2) du cric (1) est placée dans l'étrier (6). Un capteur de pression (7), un mécanisme de guidage, et un mécanisme de serrage (10) pour une roue sont disposés successivement à une extrémité de queue de la tige poussoir (2).
