Title: FIXING DEVICE FOR PREVENTING DISPLAY MODULE GLASS PANEL FROM DEFORMING
Abstract:
A fixing device for preventing a display module glass panel from deforming is used for accomodating and fixing a light guide plate (1) and a glass panel (2); the glass panel (2) comprises an array glass panel (20) and a color filter glass panel (22); a metal wiring layer (201) is arranged on the array glass panel (20), and a color resist layer (221) is arranged on the color filter glass panel (22); the fixing device is composed of an upper fixing end (10) and a lower fixing end (12), the upper ends of the light guide plate (1), the array glass panel (20) and the color filter glass panel (22) are accommodated in the upper fixing end (10) while the lower ends thereof are accommodated in the lower fixing end (12), thus the color resist layer (221) in the color filter glass panel (22) and the metal wiring layer (201) in the array glass panel (20) are parallel and aligned with each other. The glass panel (2) is suspended between the upper fixing end (10) and a second lower fixing end (122) in such a manner that the two ends of the glass panel (2) are embedded and one side is fixed, and owing to a gap between the glass panel (2) and the inner side surface of the second lower fixing end (122) and a gap between the glass panel (2) and the bottom surface of the second lower fixing end (122), the glass panel (2), while deforming, can be adjusted finely and properly and then restored rapidly by means of own gravity, therefore, the phenomenon of pixel light leak resulting from the misalignment of the glass panel (2) caused by the deformation of the glass panel (2), is avoided.
