Abstract:
(EN) A liquid crystal alignment film (6), which is arranged on a substrate (1) of a liquid crystal display panel. The alignment film (6) comprises a plurality of alignment molecules. The alignment molecules are formed by polymerizing at least one monomer, and have the following structural formula e: wherein A and/or B contains a terphenyl group. Also provided is a manufacturing method for such an alignment film and a liquid crystal panel manufactured using such an alignment film. By introducing a photosensitive group to optimize the structure of an alignment film material, the reaction rate of a polymerizable monomer can be adjusted to a suitable production range, and the reaction uniformity of the polymerizable monomer within a reaction region can be improved, thereby effectively reducing mura conditions, and improving the optical grade of the liquid crystal panel.
(FR) On décrit un film d'alignement de cristaux liquides (6), qui est disposé sur un substrat (1) d'un panneau d'affichage à cristaux liquides. Le film d'alignement (6) comprend une pluralité de molécules d'alignement. Les molécules d'alignement sont formées par polymérisation d'au moins un monomère, et présentent la formule structurale e suivante, dans laquelle A et/ou B contiennent un groupe terphényle. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un tel film d'alignement et un panneau à cristaux liquides fabriqué à l'aide d'un tel film d'alignement. L'introduction d'un groupe photosensible pour optimiser la structure d'un matériau de film d'alignement permet de régler la vitesse de réaction d'un monomère polymérisable dans une plage de production appropriée, et d'améliorer l'uniformité de réaction du monomère polymérisable dans une zone de réaction, ce qui réduit efficacement les conditions Mura, et améliore la qualité optique du panneau à cristaux liquides.
