(EN) A method for preparing a nanoscale silicon carbide copper-based alloy material. The specific steps are: smelting to acquire ZQAL9-4 copper alloy liquid of qualified components; adding nano silicon carbide that accounts for 5-10% of the total volume, vibrating, and stirring; and, casting after thermal insulation and standing, thus acquiring the nanoscale silicon carbide copper-based alloy material.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de préparation d'un matériau d'alliage à base de cuivre contenant du carbure de silicium nanoscalaire. Les étapes spécifiques sont : fusion pour acquérir un liquide constitué d'un alliage de cuivre ZQAL9-4 ayant des composants qualifiés ; addition de nano-carbure de silicium représentant 5 à 10 % du volume total, vibration et agitation ; et coulée après isolation thermique et abandon au repos, de façon à acquérir le matériau d'alliage à base de cuivre contenant du carbure de silicium nanoscalaire.
(ZH) 一种纳米级碳化硅铜基合金材料的制备方法,具体步骤为:熔炼得到成分合格的ZQAL9-4铜合金液;加入占总体积5-10%的纳米碳化硅,并进行震动、搅泮;经保温、静置后进行铸造,从而得到纳米级碳化硅铜基合金材料。
