Abstract:
(EN) Patent of a process that consists of a coupling a fixing split clamp to the torch (2) in a injecting device of two "cold" wires a to a welding torch (14) that is connected to the electrode wire head (12), which is also connected to the welding power source (11) that establishes the electric arc and the weld pool, the two "cold" wires are boosted by auxiliary heads (13), lead through the conduit (17) until the injector tube (8), which is fastened to the injector tube basis (7) by brake bolts (10) and therefore the injector tube (8) may dislocate horizontally to the welding torch, also enabling the injector tube (8) to make a turn perpendicular to the welding torch, these two movements determine the input angle of the "cold" wires in relation to the electrode wire (torch wire) and between the two "cold" wires. The "cold" wires pass through the contact nozzles (9) which are made of electrolytic copper and they have the function of leading "cold" wires as close as possible to the electric arc to prevent vibrations and disturbance in the wire.
(FR) L'invention concerne un processus qui consiste à coupler une pince fendue (2) de fixation à la torche dans un dispositif d'injection de deux fils "froids" dans une torche (14) de soudage qui est reliée à la tête (12) de fil d'électrode, qui est également reliée à la source (11) d'alimentation de soudage qui établit l'arc électrique et le bain de fusion, les deux fils "froids" étant poussés par des têtes auxiliaires (13), guidés à travers le conduit (17) jusqu'au tube injecteur (8), qui est fixé à l'embase (7) de tube injecteur par des boulons-freins (10), le tube injecteur (8) pouvant par conséquent se dissocier horizontalement de la torche de soudage, permettant également au tube injecteur (8) de prendre un virage perpendiculaire à la torche de soudage, ces deux mouvements déterminant l'angle d'introduction des fils "froids" par rapport au fil d'électrode (fil de torche) et entre les deux fils "froids". Les fils "froids" passent à travers les buses (9) de contact qui sont constituées de cuivre électrolytique et qui ont pour fonction de guider les fils "froids" aussi près que possible de l'arc électrique afin d'empêcher des vibrations et une perturbation du fil.
