(FR) PROCÉDÉ DE PERFUSION DE RÉSINE DANS UN STRATIFIÉ COMPOSITE
Abstract:
(EN) A method of infusing a preform with a resin for the formation of a composite laminate in which the preform is placed between a mold and a vacuum bag. An offset tool is placed outside of the vacuum bag so as to permit the vacuum bag to lift away from a surface of the preform in a controlled amount. A charge of the resin is injected between the vacuum bag and the preform so as to lift the vacuum bag off the surface of the preform and move the vacuum bag toward the offset tool, so that the resin occupies a volume between the vacuum bag and the surface of the preform. The preform is infused with the resin by applying a super-atmospheric pressure to an outer surface of the vacuum bag to transport the resin from the volume between the vacuum bag and the surface of the preform into a volume within the preform. The resin in the preform is cured, thereby forming the composite laminate.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de perfusion d'une préforme avec une résine pour la formation d'un stratifié composite, la préforme étant placée entre un moule et une poche à vide. Un outil de décalage est placé à l'extérieur de la poche à vide pour permettre à la poche à vide de se décoller d'une surface de la préforme d'une distance contrôlée. Une charge de résine est injectée entre la poche à vide et la préforme de façon à décoller la poche à vide de la surface de la préforme et à déplacer la poche à vide en direction de l'outil de décalage, de façon que la résine occupe le volume créé entre la poche à vide et la surface de la préforme. La préforme est perfusée avec la résine par application d'une pression super-atmosphérique sur une surface extérieure de la poche à vide pour transporter la résine depuis le volume entre la poche à vide et la surface de la préforme dans un volume à l'intérieur de la préforme. La résine dans la préforme est durcie, pour former ainsi le stratifié composite.
