Abstract:
Provided is a method for retrieving nucleic acid fragments, the method comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a sequencing plate including a DNA library; (b) providing an abridged library of sequence-verified nucleic acid fragments through high-parallel sequencing with respect to the DNA library; (c) positioning the sequencing plate including the overall sequence-verified nucleic acid fragments in an amplifying machine; (d) amplifying the overall nucleic acid fragments positioned in the amplifying machine; and (e) retrieving the amplified nucleic acid fragments.
