(EN)Provided is a method for retrieving nucleic acid fragments, the method comprising the steps of: (a) preparing a sequencing plate including a DNA library; (b) providing an abridged library of sequence-verified nucleic acid fragments through high-parallel sequencing with respect to the DNA library; (c) positioning the sequencing plate including the overall sequence-verified nucleic acid fragments in an amplifying machine; (d) amplifying the overall nucleic acid fragments positioned in the amplifying machine; and (e) retrieving the amplified nucleic acid fragments.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de récupération de fragments d'acide nucléique, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) préparation d'une plaque de séquençage incluant une bibliothèque d'ADN; (b) obtention d'une bibliothèque abrégée de fragments d'acide nucléique à séquence vérifiée par séquençage hautement parallèle par rapport à la bibliothèque d'ADN; (c) positionnement de la plaque de séquençage, y compris les fragments globaux d'acide nucléique à séquence vérifiée dans une machine d'amplification; (d) amplification des fragments globaux d'acide nucléique positionnés dans la machine d'amplification; et (e) récupération des fragments d'acide nucléique amplifiés.
